Nimesh Sodha brings deep experience across pharmaceutical leadership, healthcare operations, governance and investment.
His background spans UBS Investment Bank, Lexon Group, Healthnet Homecare and Panaso Capital. As an Executive Director at the Lexon Group, he helped shape a £350m integrated UK pharmaceutical platform spanning retail, wholesale, compounding and manufacturing. He currently sits on the shareholder board of Healthnet Homecare, a £1bn revenue private equity backed UK homecare platform and previously held a board seat at Bestway Healthcare, a £1.2bn UK healthcare group.
At Vallida, he brings a long-term perspective shaped by operational discipline, scientific integrity and a commitment to personalised care.
Riz is a UK registered pharmacist with over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical compounding and regulated healthcare operations. He has built and led services aligned with EU GMP, UK MHRA, and UK pharmacy standards, with practical application of USP and British Pharmacopoeia (BP) frameworks in formulation and production.
He has held senior leadership roles including Director of Operations, Superintendent Pharmacist, and Head of Innovation at The London Specialist Pharmacy (a Fagron company), as well as clinical roles within the NHS.
Rizvan played an instrumental role in scaling a direct-to-consumer pharmacy service into a high-volume international fulfilment model supporting Hims & Hers, one of the world’s leading telehealth providers, delivering over 25% growth during a period of significant operational disruption, while improving efficiency and service delivery at scale.
He specialises in menopause, trichology, and men’s health, and contributes to the wider field through speaking at industry conferences on compounding, regulatory frameworks, and the future of personalised medicine.
At Vallida, he focuses on delivering science-backed, clinically grounded personalised medicine solutions to the UAE market, combining regulatory expertise, operational leadership, and real-world clinical insight.
